Apply through a short form telling us a bit about you — whether you're a wedding/event vendor or a social media creator. We review every application personally and follow up within about 3 business days.
Once you're approved, you'll get your own personal referral link and a partner dashboard built for how you work — vendor-focused or creator-focused.
Share your link however feels natural — on your website, in an email to a couple, over text, in a social post or story, or with a printed QR code. Once someone opens it, your link is remembered on their device for 90 days; if they open more than one partner's link, the last one they used before paying gets the credit.
When someone you referred books Alphares Studio through your link — a ready-made package or a custom Mix & Match build — it's credited to you automatically: no codes for them to remember, no paperwork on your end. They also get $100 off (for up to 3 of your clients a month; never on travel fees, and not combined with a larger promo code). If a client you sent books by phone instead, our team can credit the booking to you.
You earn 7% of what the client actually pays — after any discount, not counting travel fees — on each client's first booking with us. On the 50% deposit plan you earn on the deposit when it's paid and on the balance when that's paid. Each payment is confirmed after a 3-day window; your dashboard shows everything clearly, and payouts are handled by our team.
No. Once your link is shared, everything else — from the client booking to your commission being tracked — happens automatically.
Commission is paid on a client's first booking with us. A client who has already booked through a referral (yours or another partner's) earns no further commission and doesn't get the $100 discount again. Booking with your own partner email (a self-referral) earns no commission and no client discount.
No. Joining the partner program is completely free, with no exclusivity requirements or quotas.
Your partner dashboard shows your referral link, your activity, and your commission — all in one place, anytime you want to check in.
Commission is paid on payments the studio keeps. If a payment is refunded, or the studio voids a referral (for example a self-referral), that commission is reversed — your dashboard will always reflect the accurate, up-to-date picture.
