Affiliate Program Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AlphaRes Studio collects from Affiliate Program applicants and partners, and how it's used. It covers Program-specific data only; general site-visitor privacy practices are described separately.

1. What We Collect

Stage	What's collected
Application	Name, email, phone, business/venue name (if applicable), city/state, website or social handle, partner type (Service Provider or Creator), how you heard about us, and your typed e-signature consenting to Program terms.
Approved account	Your login email and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), an optional avatar image, and optional contact/address details you choose to add.
Creator accounts	Optional social profile links (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, other) you choose to add for display in your dashboard's Marketing Kit and your own reference.
Referral activity	Which bookings were made through your link, the resulting commission, and status (pending/confirmed/refunded) — this is what powers your dashboard.

2. What We Never Collect Through This Program

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, or other financial-account credentials through the application or dashboard. If a W-9 or payout-account detail is ever needed (see Program Terms §6), it's requested through a separate, direct process — never a public form field.

3. How We Use It

To review and approve/decline applications.
To operate your dashboard: display your referral link, referral history, commissions, and analytics.
To detect self-referrals or Program abuse (comparing a referred client's billing email against your account email as a fraud signal — not a public feature).
To contact you about your account, Program updates, or payouts.
To satisfy tax-reporting obligations (W-9/1099-NEC) if your earnings require it.

4. What We Don't Do

We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
We don't share your dashboard data (commission totals, referral history) with other partners or the public.
Referred clients never see your account details beyond what naturally appears if you shared your name when referring them.

5. Where It's Stored

Program data is stored on AlphaRes Studio's own hosting infrastructure, not a third-party CRM. Passwords are hashed, avatar files and signed agreements are stored outside the public web root, and all dashboard access requires an authenticated session tied to your own account — you can only ever see your own data.

6. Your Choices

You can update or remove your contact details, address, avatar, and (for Creators) social links anytime from your Account section.
You can request a copy of your Program data, or request account deletion, by emailing us — see below. Referral/commission history tied to completed, paid bookings is retained for financial record-keeping even after an account is closed.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Program evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the partner dashboard or by email.
