These terms govern participation in the AlphaRes Studio Affiliate Program (the “Program”), operated by Alpha Resolution Inc. (“AlphaRes Studio,” “we,” “us”). They apply to every approved partner, whether you joined as a Service Provider (venue, officiant, DJ, planner/coordinator, photobooth, lighting/décor, or other wedding/event vendor) or a Social Media Creator (influencer or content creator). Applying to and using the Program means you agree to these terms.
The Program is open to individuals and businesses with a genuine connection to the wedding, event, or creative industry — as a vendor who serves couples/event hosts, or as a creator whose audience is meaningfully engaged with weddings, events, or related content. We review every application; approval is at our discretion, and we may decline or later suspend an account that doesn't fit the Program's purpose.
On approval, you receive a unique referral code and link. You may share it publicly (social posts, your own site, direct messages, printed materials) but may not misrepresent your relationship with AlphaRes Studio, guarantee outcomes on our behalf, or use paid search/ads on our brand terms without prior written permission.
If a booking you referred is later refunded — in full or in part — the associated referral is adjusted or reversed accordingly. If a commission was already paid out before a refund is processed, the refunded amount is netted against your next payout rather than requiring separate repayment. Refunds are always initiated by AlphaRes Studio directly with the client, never self-service by a partner.
Confirmed commissions are processed on a monthly basis. Payout method and cadence may be adjusted as the Program matures; you'll be notified of any change to how or when you're paid.
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Alpha Resolution Inc. in the legal sense. Nothing here creates exclusivity — you're free to refer clients to other studios or promote other brands. Depending on your total earnings in a calendar year, we may be required to collect a completed W-9 and issue a 1099-NEC; we'll contact you directly if that applies.
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with notice. Referrals confirmed before termination are still paid according to these terms; no new commissions accrue after termination.
Dashboard data, commission figures, and any non-public Program materials (marketing kit assets, internal tips) are for your own use in promoting AlphaRes Studio and shouldn't be shared with competitors or the general public as if they were your own proprietary materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active partners will be communicated through the partner dashboard or by email. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
