Alphares Studio is a San Diego-based photography and videography studio with over 800 events photographed across Southern California. Here is how we work — our process from your first inquiry to your final gallery, and what makes our approach different.

Who We Are

Alphares Studio — operating under Alpha Resolution Inc. — is a professional media production studio based in San Diego at 845 15th Street. We serve weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and milestone celebrations throughout San Diego County and greater Southern California.

Our team includes multiple photographers, a dedicated videography team, and post-production editors who work exclusively on Alphares projects. We are not a solo photographer booking extra work — we are a studio with depth, backup plans, and consistent quality across every event we shoot.

Step 1: The Consultation

Every booking begins with a no-pressure consultation — video call or in-person in San Diego — where we learn about your event, your vision, your timeline, and your venue. We ask about what matters most to you: candid emotion or styled portraits? Photography only or photo plus video? How many hours do you need covered?

We bring venue knowledge to this call. If you are getting married at The Prado or a Temecula winery, we have been there. We know the light, the logistics, and the hidden angles.

Step 2: The Proposal and Contract

We send a custom proposal within 48 hours. Our contracts are clear and complete — hours of coverage, deliverables, delivery timeline, payment schedule, backup photographer policy, and cancellation terms. No surprises.

Step 3: Pre-Wedding Planning

For weddings, we conduct a detailed timeline review 4-6 weeks before your date. We coordinate with your venue, your planner (if you have one), and your other vendors. We plan the shot list, confirm the timeline, and visit the venue if we have not shot there before.

Step 4: Your Wedding Day

We arrive before the agreed start time. We blend into the background during candid moments and step forward for directed portraits. We communicate throughout the day between the photography and videography teams to ensure coordinated coverage. We handle the pressure — you should not have to manage us on your wedding day.

Step 5: Post-Production and Delivery

Photos are fully edited and delivered within 5-6 weeks via online gallery. Wedding films are delivered within 8-10 weeks. All galleries include direct download access for printing at any lab. We provide sneak peeks (10-20 images) within 48 hours of your event.

We have photographed 800+ events without a single delivery failure. We maintain backup photographers, backup equipment, and documented emergency protocols. If something happens to a primary team member, a replacement is dispatched — your event is never left uncovered.
