Micro Wedding and Elopement Coverage: Why a Custom Package Makes More Sense
June 15, 2026
There are hundreds of wedding photographers in San Diego. Here is what makes Alphares Studio different — not marketing language, but specific, concrete differentiators that matter on your wedding day.
We Are a Studio, Not a Solo Photographer
Many San Diego wedding photographers are a single person with a camera and a website. Alphares Studio is a full production studio with multiple photographers, a dedicated videography team, a field assistant, in-house editors, and documented backup protocols. When you book Alphares, you get a team infrastructure around your event — not a single point of failure.
800+ Events, 5.0 Stars
Numbers matter in this industry. 800+ photographed events means we have seen every possible scenario — rain on a beach ceremony, a coordinator who went home early, a timeline that ran 90 minutes late, a venue that banned flash. We have handled every version of chaos calmly and professionally. Our 5.0 Google rating reflects not just the quality of our images but the experience of working with us throughout the entire process.
We Cover All of Southern California
Many photographers serve a limited radius. Alphares Studio covers all of San Diego County, Temecula wine country, Orange County, Riverside County, and Los Angeles — with no travel fees within 90 miles of San Diego. If you are having a destination event in SoCal, we can cover it.
In-House Photo and Video
We produce both photography and videography in-house — same team, same aesthetic, same communication channel. No coordinating between two separate vendors who have never worked together. Our photo and video teams are trained to work in tandem, and the results show in the cohesion of the final work.
Cinema-Grade 4K Video
Our videography uses professional cinema cameras, gimbals, drone equipment, and FAA-certified pilots. We deliver 4K cinematic highlight films, multi-camera coverage on Elite and Luxury packages, and same-day highlight editing as an add-on. The gap between our films and consumer-level videography is visible in the first 10 seconds.
